Once the plans are approved by you, we handle the planning application process, liaising directly with the local authority.

Typical approval times range from 8–12 weeks, depending on your local council’s schedule.

Building Regulation Drawings & Submission

After planning approval, we prepare the required building regulation drawings and technical specifications.


These documents include structural calculations, electrical layouts, and mechanical details — all coordinated with our construction team.


We then submit the package to your local Building Control department and work closely with their inspectors to ensure full, unconditional approval before work begins.
